hey hello, thanks fo your posts and the BA thread infos
I installed the apk on my android but when the player ask for a file, I cannot see the entire filesystem but just links to special folder like pictures or music that can’t display the .blend file (so I cant select it to be run).. and if I change the .blend extension it doesn’t work either.. I use android 4.1.1

      Thanks a lot

The first thing that comes to mi mind is about the blender player version.. what version did you get? If you got it from my link (the one in dropbox) that’s not the problem…

You could try to put the blender file in the same folder where the bplayer is, and again test it

And when it comes to file explorers, as far as I can tell.. not every one works well.. at least not with the blenderplayer. The same thing happen to me, so I decided to get another file explorer (FileCommander) so I recommend you to get this one and see if it works for you.

My android version is 4.1.2, just in case

Hey, does this work on newer devices and newer android builds?

It says it cant open .blend files when I try and use it.

To be honest, I’m not sure but I used the blender player in a lenovo tablet A1000f and a motox with Android 4.0.x, and the Ouya (look in my blender artist forum post)

But maybe something has changed with the 2.75 builds
